Tune Technology allows you to time‑control both the pre‑infusion and the final stage of the extraction at a fixed pressure of 3 bar, ensuring even saturation, reducing channeling during the initial phase, and gently finishing the brew to minimize bitterness typically extracted at the end.
This three-phase approach, gives baristas the tools to highlight origin, roast, and grind characteristics.
