Cinquantotto translates to 58, the new R 58 from Rocket Espresso. Two independent boilers with PID control allow for optimal extraction of all types of coffee and roasts. Rocket Espresso's inclined boiler technology ensures precise group temperature control and unparalleled thermal stability. The professional rotary pump draws water from the machine's internal reservoir or allows for direct connection to the mains water supply. The machine's functions are controlled via the touchscreen control panel, which now includes an automatic on/off function: your machine is ready to use whenever you're in the mood for coffee. The control panel is easily removable to preserve the iconic Rocket Espresso aesthetic.
